Shipping & Return Policy

User Name and Email address are required to create account in order to purchase and keep track of orders. Users can also opt in to place order without creating account but user name, email address, address and mobile number are required to process.
Only need to know customer details are collected directly from the user. No indirect data collected from both app and website
User can delete their account details on their account page.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping Charge is calculated based on the weight and location of the shipping address. Charges starts from ₹90 to ₹500. ByFromFactory.com have every right to change them at their discretion.
Free Shipping provided to orders above ₹ 1000.
Delivery time may take 4 to 7 days depending on the location. Circumstances and reasons with shipping partner may create more delay for which ByFromFactory.com are not held accountable.
In particular cases different modes of transport will be selected based on the customers need which will be informed to them by call or through any other digital communication channel.

Cancellation Policy:

Once the order is placed there is no direct cancellation option given to the customer. In order to cancel an order customer must contact our customer service.
Cancellation of orders which are already shipped at the time of cancellation request cannot be fulfilled. But customer can decline the package once it is out for delivery.
Customers with more than usual cancellation rate or with malicious intent will be penalized or will be banned from the website.
Order cancelled during online payment if payment is deducted it will be refunded back to the origin within 7 days. If not contact customer service with relevant information.

Return Policy:

Customers are allowed to return the order within 7 days of delivery. The return request can be made through our customer service. There is no option to return on orders section yet. That feature will be added within brief period of time.
It is up to our customer care operator to accept the return or not based on the claims made by the customer.
Customers with malicious intent will not be entertained.
Once return is accepted a pickup will be made at the place of delivery.
Return of used products/ damaged products after delivery/ different from one ordered will not be entertained.

Refund Policy:

After a returned order is received by ByFromFactory.com it can be exchanged/refunded/partially refunded/decline refund.
If the ordered items condition is found suitable exchange will be processed.
If the ordered items condition is found suitable refund will be processed. Refund for online payment will be done through the same medium. And refund for the cash on delivery order amount will be transferred to the account details given by the customer at the time of return placement.
If the ordered items condition is not found suitable partial or no refund will be done.
Malicious intent will not be entertained.
